이 문서는 members.mk1.co.kr의 약관 구조를 그대로 승계한 디자인 시안입니다. 사업자 정보(2026-08-26 사업자등록증 반영: 주식회사 피아크모터컴퍼니, 550-86-03618)는 채웠지만, 나머지 [확인 필요] 항목(보증금·재판관할 등 MK1 고유의 실제 사업 조건)은 PMC의 실제 정책으로 교체하고 legal-reviewer(포청천) 검토를 거친 뒤에만 실제 게시해야 합니다. 노션 ⚖️ 법률 검토 로그에 등록 후 진행하세요.

1. The Partner Program. The PMC Partner Program is a membership operated by P-ark Motor Company Co., Ltd. (주식회사 피아크모터컴퍼니), a corporation registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Reg. No. 550-86-03618). Membership gives access to partner services described on this site.

2. Non-exclusive relationship. Partnership is non-exclusive and confers no territorial rights, no commercial agency, no power of attorney, and no authority to enter into contracts, collect payments, or make representations on behalf of P-ark Motor Company.

3. Certificates. Partner Certificates remain the property of PMC, are valid until the expiry date printed on them, and may be revoked at any time. Certificates may not be used for commercial-agency registration in any jurisdiction.

4. Transactions. [확인 필요 — 보증금/선입금 비율, 신용거래 한도 등 실제 정책. MK1 원본은 "50% 선입금 + 1만불 보증금시 면제" 정책이었으나 PMC는 별도 확인 필요] Service fees are quoted per request.

5. Termination. Either party may end the partnership at any time. PMC may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or misuse the PMC name.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

7. Language. These Terms are made in English. Translations of this website and of these Terms into other languages are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
